How To:Stereo Installation (tC)
From SCION-TECH : The Scion Resource : tC, xA, xB, xD
This tutorial will guide you through the installation of an aftermarket stereo or head unit into your Scion tC. Original Scion tutorial by Alex8181 from club-tc.com. He rates this installation diffuculty as a easy (2/5) and that it should take around 30 minutes to complete. Be careful when doing this modification when handling your center console and especially the stereo door. They are easily scratched.
Many if not most of the other brands of stereos will install in exactly the same way. So read this tutorial and save some money by working on your own Scion tC. You can also use this tutorial for the basic steps if you have a Scion xA, xB, or xD as they will be very similar.
